Taxes and Duties

We charge sales tax only to residents living in California (9.75%).

For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Freeway Eyewear is not responsible for payment of this duty.

 

Order Fulfillment

It generally takes 2-5 business days for orders to be processed and for items to be shipped. You will generally receive your merchandise within 3-14 business days. Orders are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, California. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. Standard delivery orders in the U.S. will be shipped via United States Postal Service; international orders will be shipped via FedEx. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours after your order has been processed. It generally takes about 2-5 business days for orders to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping rates are determined by carrier and are calculated based on weight and destination at point of purchase.

 

What shipping providers do you use?

All domestic orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Domestic shipping rates are determined by carrier and are calculated based on weight and destination at point of purchase. All international orders are shipped via FedEx. International shipping rates are determined by carrier and are calculated based on weight and destination at point of purchase. Shipping insurance is available for purchase through either United States Postal Service or Fed Ex.  Freeway Eyewear is not responsible for the payment of any customs, taxes or tariffs in your country.  Freeway will not assume responsibility for any damage or wear and tear that may result during transit.   

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

We do ship to P.O. boxes in the United States.

 

Can I track my package online?

Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. For domestic orders, you can log on to USPS.COM to track your package. For international orders, you can log on to FEDEX.COM to track your package.

 

Service Delays

Freeway Eyewear is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays such as severe weather, natural disasters, etc. which may add additional days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

 

What do I do if my online order is incorrect or missing an item when I open the box?
Please check your order immediately upon delivery to ensure everything you ordered has arrived. If an order is incorrect or an item is missing, please contact us within 5 calendar days of receiving the shipment to report the issue. We will investigate the cause and work with you to resolve. We do not accept responsibility for missing items after 5 calendar days of the delivery date.

 

Can I re-route my shipped package to another shipping address?

For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped package. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

We do not currently accept returns or exchanges on any items purchased through Freewayeyewear.com. All products are sold on an as is basis. We do not offer price adjustments.
