Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to identify you or contact you.  Freeway only collects personally identifiable information on a voluntary basis.  Personally identifiable information collected may include your name, photographs, home address, phone number, date of birth, e-mail address, and/or billing information.  We do not require this information to gain access to our Site; however, you will not be able to utilize certain features that require registration (such as posting to the Freeway Blog section of the Site) or receive materials such as newsletters unless such information is provided.  Unless you give us permission to do so, we will not sell, share, license, trade, or rent your personally identifiable information other than as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

For some activities, we may ask you to create a username and password and/or to provide other, non-personal information such as your age, gender, income, education level, ethnicity, and/or health information (such as your current weight), and we may combine such information with your personally identifiable information. In addition, your web browser or client software may transmit certain geographic information or information regarding your computer (capabilities, browser, IP addresses, etc.) to us. We may use this information to help us understand who uses our Site and to improve and market our Site in general and to help us to improve the products and tools we offer online.  In addition, we may use such information for security, system integrity (the prevention of hacking, etc.), or enforcement purposes.

How will Freeway use your personal information?

The personal information you provide to us will allow us to personalize your online experience; to communicate with you; fulfill your product orders; alert you to new products or services, features, or enhancements; and/or notify you of contests, promotions, or special events and offers.  We may enhance or merge the personal information collected through our Site with data from third parties.

Through our referral tools for informing a friend about our Site, we will automatically send your friend a one-time email containing the information you request to be sent. If you elect to use these referral tools, we will collect from you certain personally identifiable information about your friend which you have provided, such as your friend's name and email address.  We do not store your friend's information or use it for any other purpose.

Lastly, we may use your personal information for internal marketing, profiling, or demographic purposes, so we can adapt our products and services to better suit your needs. We do this to better understand and serve our users.

Please be advised that this Privacy Policy does not protect you when you use our blog or provide information (including personally identifiable information) about yourself through PayPal® or when you use the blog or through any community area available on the Site, even if said information is marked "private".  You should carefully consider any information you disclose in any public forum, or to any other user, or through the blog feature, on our Site.

Who is collecting your information?

When you are asked for information while on the Site, you are sharing that information with Freeway, and its various affiliates, unless specifically stated otherwise. As a result of this sharing, you may receive communications from any of Freeway's affiliates. In addition, some services are provided in conjunction with companies such as PayPal®.
